Grievance 51 - Bureaucracy

The U.S. Constitution failed to prohibit government from extending
regulatory power in areas neither specifically authorized by the "law of
the land", nor justified by rational discourse with the American people,

The freedom to freely choose dietary supplements, for example, was
denied by the Food and Drug Administration, a government bureau in which
there was no elected representation, and which set consumer choices
without limit of law. The bureau claimed authority over food from which
natural health products were derived, and could impose bans on
supplements which, by its own admission, were not shown to be harmful.

With an AUTHENTIC CONSTITUTION in harmony with the natural Cosmic Laws
of the universe, and producing High Moral Values and Democratic Ideals, all policies
and authority of government agencies is set by laws enacted by the people,
one-person one-vote.
